Long in the tooth, mother of four barmy children who are the sunshine of my life.....Love living, waking up and knowing it's a whole new day and anything could happen...In summer, sitting on a bench in Albert Sq, whiling away the hours, reading writing, like l have no cares in the world, is the place to be. Otherwise the rollings hills of the Peaks are calling...Love people watching and making up their life stories....and when strangers talk to me, (which they do...must have one of those faces), my made-up stories are never as interesting as their true ones.

This is and has been my favourite eatrie in town since we rested our soles on good old Manc soil. Good food, cheap prices, helpful staff and you can hide away too. And its healthy to boot. Love it, love it, love it.
There are not many Asian restaurants in the city centre and with the bright lights of Curry Mile calling, it can be hard to compete. EastzEast is a great little hideaway and curry like your mother would make. We normally go to the Princess Road branch but yesterday ventured onto pastures new at this branch. If you like Punjabi food then you should like this. Good curries with an extensive menu and for those who like a drink with their dinner there's a bar on-site. Its furnished like many new places with slick colours, subdued lighting and shiny surfaces. THe service is good and they will attend to your needs. This branch is the showier sibling of the Princess Road branch and can handle big crowds. Luckily the quality of the food didn't get lost in the expansion.
This is one of my fav eatries in town, Brillant for sharing a pizza at lunch with friend/lover or overflowing the table with family/kids and friends in the evening. Its good food, reasonable prices and a fail-safe.
